Manufacturing Declaration

Our products are manufactured in accordance with rigorous procedures with respect to the selection of materials, operation and finishes.

We bear in mind the environment whrere they are going to be placed, caring for their environmental resistance, their ergonomic value and their easy safe handing.

Woods
Exclusives and rigorously taken from reforestations or controlled exploitations.
. Autoclave impregnation with organic protector, VAC-Vac process, fungicide, insecticide and water resistant, Standard UNE-56541.
. Autoclave impregnation with hydrosoluble salts with absence of chrome, fungicide, insecticide, against marine sylophages, Standard UNE-21.152/86.
. Final finish with "lasur" type impregnatores, to prevent bleaching and greying produced by the sun's ultraviolet rays.

Metals elements 

All the carbon steel elements are protected by electro-zinc coated processes or fire galvanising as per Standard UNE EN ISO 1461/99. 

Final enamels with absence of heavy metals.

For certain products we use stainless steel Quality AISI 316 in polished or mat finish with final enamelling.
